Meet Terrance Krysinski, MD, RVS, RPhS – General Surgeon and Board-Certified Phlebologist
A Pittsburgh native and lifelong resident of the North Hills, Terrance R. Krysinski, MD, graduated from North Allegheny High School and attended Washington and Jefferson College, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in chemistry and graduated summa cum laude. Dr. Krysinski went on to earn his medical degree from Temple University and undertook his surgical training at Albert Einstein Medical Center. After completing his residency, he began a private surgical practice in Western Pennsylvania.
Dr. Krysinski’s interest in lasers began while he was in medical school. He worked as a clinical researcher at Temple University and studied the use of lasers in the treatment of lung and esophageal cancers. During his surgical residency, Dr. Krysinski expanded his interest in lasers to clinical experience. Now in private practice, he uses his expertise in laser techniques to treat patients’ aesthetic complaints. Additionally, he performs laser surgery daily when treating patients for venous disease and varicose veins.
Dr. Krysinski is the founding physician of Cosmetic Laser Centers℠ and Vein Institute of Pittsburgh℠. He proudly serves as a member of national societies, including the American College of Surgeons, American Society for Lasers in Medicine and Surgery, American Academy of Aesthetic Medicine, American College of Phlebology, and American Medical Association. Dr. Krysinski is credentialed as a Registered Vascular Specialist (RVS) as well as a Registered Phlebology Sonographer (RPhS), and serves as a member of local organizations including the Pennsylvania Medical Society and Allegheny County Medical Society.
Meet Maria Brosovic, MSN, CRNP, FNP-C
Maria Brosovic, MSN, CRNP, FNP-C Maria Brosovic, MSN, CRNP, FNP-C, joined the team at Cosmetic Laser Centers in November 2015. Maria graduated from Ohio Valley Hospital School of nursing in 2012 and continued her education, earning a BSN from Waynesburg University, graduating with high honors. Maria completed her MSN at Franciscan University where she graduated with high honors. Prior to joining Cosmetic Laser Centers, Maria worked in dermatology for over three years.
Maria especially enjoys treating spider veins and performing Coolsculpting treatments. For Maria, participating in the treatment process is just as rewarding as seeing the final results. “I love going on this journey with our patients because the outcomes have been amazing!” said Maria. She maintains her status as a member of the American College of Phlebology, the American Society for Laser Medicine and Surgery, and the American Association of Nurse Practitioners.
Meet Elizabeth Marchese, MPAS, PA-C
Elizabeth (Liz) has experience working in a multi-specialty plastic surgery practice for more than 7 years and has joined the Cosmetic Laser Centers team as a Board Certified Physician Assistant. She did her primary training through Duquesne University and was a clinical preceptor for physician assistant students at Chatham University and Slippery Rock University. Liz maintains professional memberships with the National Commission On Certification Of Physician Assistants (NCCPA) and the American Academy of Physician Assistants (AAPA). Her extensive experience and attention to the smallest of details when it comes to facial anatomy and aging interventions has led her to become a Master Injector. With this highly accomplished designation, Liz is qualified to teach other physician assistants, nurses and physicians how to administer dermal fillers and neuromodulators like Botox® Cosmetic and Dysport®.
